Customer Portal
Challenge
Accent Social Housing needed to guide new users through their customer portal. The portal provides tenants with a wealth of services to ease their residency, from checking their contract, to paying rent, to reporting a maintenance issue. Attracting greater numbers of users through the portal and increasing awareness of the services available were key outcomes.
Solution
We tackled this brief by using a modern fresh illustration style and palette to help engage the audience. We employed the curve of the accent logo as a device throughout the animation, using it as a way to transition from scene to scene.
