Criminal Wildlife Poisoning

Exposing the Impact of Illegal
Wildlife Poisoning

Criminal wildlife poisoning continues to devastate ecosystems across Europe, killing protected species and threatening pets and public health. Despite EU bans on toxic pesticides like Carbofuran, these substances are still in use. To highlight this urgent issue, we created a powerful mixed-media video for TB Raab, combining live-action, animation, and real photography to expose the scale of the crisis and call for immediate action.

A Multi-Layered Storytelling Strategy

It was crucial for this video to expose the stark reality of wildlife poisoning. To achieve this, we took a multi-layered storytelling approach by recording TB Raab colleagues reading key messages, integrating real imagery of affected animals, and using animation to visualize the unseen impact of these crimes. By weaving data-driven insights with compelling visuals, the video highlights shocking real-world cases, including mass poisoning incidents in Hungary, Serbia, and Spain.
