Clarifying Responsible Investment Principles Through Film

St. James’s Place, the UK’s largest local wealth management business, approached us to create a film that clearly communicates their core investment beliefs and long-term strategy. They wanted to highlight how their approach delivers sustainable returns and aligns with their Responsible Investing Initiative, which considers environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors as essential to assessing risk and return. The challenge was to distil this complex message into a compelling and accessible visual narrative.

Bringing Investment Beliefs to Life with Motion and Meaning

We produced an interview-led film featuring Andrew Shaw, Director of Strategy & Communications at St. James’s Place, to clearly articulate the company’s investment beliefs. To enhance clarity and engagement, we paired the live-action footage with thoughtfully crafted motion graphics. These animations were planned from the scripting and storyboarding stage to align closely with the messaging, reinforcing key points without distraction. The result is a visually polished film that delivers a clear, informative message about responsible and sustainable investing.
