Online Conservation Training Courses

Expanding Access to Conservation Training

Tropical Biology Association (TBA) equips early-career conservationists with practical, field-based training to build skills and strengthen global biodiversity efforts. Their in-person courses are highly respected and often oversubscribed.

To meet growing demand and reach more learners across regions, TBA is now offering online conservation training. The goal is to extend access to high-quality, skills-based education and empower more young conservationists to drive environmental change in their own countries.

Animating Conservation Learning

To support TBA’s new online conservation training, we created an animation that feels inspiring, accessible and rooted in the natural world. As digital training in practical conservation is still relatively new, the animation needed to stand out while staying true to TBA’s mission. We used hand-painted watercolour illustrations to bring wildlife and habitats to life, using rich colours and expressive brushwork to create a sense of depth and connection. The result is a warm, engaging visual style that reflects the hands-on nature of conservation and helps make essential skills training more widely accessible to aspiring environmentalists around the world.
