An animation to support those affected by Kidney Disease
Challenge
The London Kidney Network came to us for help creating an animation that supports people who have end stage kidney disease to make the best decisions for them about the type of treatment they receive and what their priorities are around having this medical care.
Solution
The focal theme for this animation was support, whether from family members, friends or from medical teams; the intention is that those who are affected are given the means and opportunity to vocalise how their life can be made as comfortable as possible. The animation follows the journey of a patient being guided through his medical journey, being given the opportunity to discuss his wishes and the best steps to take in order to retain his quality of life. The animation highlights that the support network around him is what makes it all possible.
