Global Trade Analysis Project
Challenge
The Global Trade Analysis Project introduces a new faze of globalisation: a new era in global trade and supply chains, defined by heightened geopolitical risk, climate change and technological advancements.
Our challenge was to create an infographic animation to inform viewers of the Economist’s economic strategy and mission for the future. They asked us to create a visual analogy to aid the narrative of their strategy.
Solution
We used the analogy of a game of Jenga to represent shipping containers in the structure of global trading order versus regionalised. We also included visuals of infrastructure technology to show trade barriers and further explain the project and its benefits.
